I experienced the best service I've ever experienced in my history of warranty work for new vehicles. Bruno went above and beyond making sure the issue with my vehicle was fixed under the warranty... I expected push back and arguments based on previous experiences with other Service Departments. Chevrolet Turnersville has my loyalty when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle. My experience with Chevrolet Turnersville has been wonderful from Sales to Service. Bruno... did such a good and thorough job and seemed truly interested in the outcome that I'm glad I went ahead and had the work done at Chevrolet Turnersville. My experience from dropping my car off to being picked up from home when I didn't have a ride to pick up my car, to receiving my freshly washed car was extraordinary. My car was waiting for me. Bruno told me to give the driver a call and ask him to pick me up whenever I was ready. I did, and the driver was here on time just as I had asked and was extremely friendly and courteous (I left my can of soda in the van and he ran inside to give it to me). I seemed so amazed at the courtesy and how painless the experience was; everyone was laughing and smiling."
