During my wait for service, I was informed at regular intervals of the status of my service, what needed correction and if I would like to have that done. My experience with this type of event has typically involved stress, lack of communication, uninformed/uncaring customer service people. GM service center has exceeded my expectations in regard to servicing my 2001 Saturn SL300. Bruno has been over-seeing the work on the vehicle with its mysterious start-non-start problem. It has taken more than 2 weeks for the technitions to properly identify and fix, and this is solely due to the complex nature of the computer and the computer codes. Bruno is making sure that my daughter nor myself are ever stranded with a car that won't start. She is a students at Temple, so you can imagine the anxiety we have had about having her stranded on campus after a night class. Thank you, Bruno and the GM team!"
